NOTIFICATIONS

The Traffic Control Branch regularly issues notifications to denote no parking areas, one-way restriction ban on heavy vehicular movement, animal driven vehicles, handcarts, bicycles and others. The Traffic Control Branch also issues temporary notifications to make requisite arrangements for special occasions viz., festivals, entertainment, sports and other public functions, VIP’s, road closures for road construction, etc.

1) When monitoring/test progress On South side on day between 10.01.2008 to 11.01.2008 There shall be No Entry for all types Vehicles towards Mumbai from south bound of Yashwantrao Chavan Marg till 18.00 hrs The traffic towards Vashi to Mumbai will be diverted on two lanes of North carriage ways and traffic of Heavy vehicles towards Mumbai to Vashi will be diverted on remaining one lane of North carriage way and light vehicle traffic will be diverted on Old Thane Creek Bridge.
